REFUNDS/RETURNS:- If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us on the above number or send the item back to us unused and undamaged with a copy of your receipt, a note included with the item telling us why you are returning it will help and not forgetting to say if you are returning the item for a different size etc or you just want a refund rather than a replacement. Please do this within 14 days of purchase. Please use `proof of postage` when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
